In the first attempt only some of the old and used casing will be removed. When the process is conducted for second time, some more part of it will be removed. Like wise the process is to be repeated for many times till the expected results are got. Old and used casing is to be removed by many repetitions of the task and finally a stage is achieved where there is no old and used casing present. This makes the slot to get rid of old and used casing as well as makes sure that it is empty. The main intention of this process is to clear the slot.
